Albany Area Hospital's community education programs are designed
specifically to provide you with preventative and health education services.
We work with you to help you achieve your goal of the healthiest possible
lifestyle. Our services include dietary counseling, asthma and diabetes
education to help individuals with their health concerns. We have a
diabetes-certified registered nurse and a dietician to work one-on-one with
individuals or with groups of individuals with diabetes to help them control
their condition and enjoy a full, healthy life. |
